Tax-Exempt Guidance
Mr. Berke works with clients on forming the appropriate tax-exempt organization to achieve their intended goals. Mr. Berke assists with the preparation and filing of the organization's application for tax-exempt status with federal and local authorities, and upon recognition, work with our clients and their accountants on taking the requisite steps to maintain that status. His non-profit clients frequently seek advice on how they can and cannot involve themselves in the political process.
