Congressional, Criminal and Internal Investigations
Mr. Berke represents clients before congressional oversight committees and offices of inspector general, and before the Justice Department on public integrity investigations. A best defense is often credible and experienced representation, and Mr. Berke works with clients on how to prevent regulatory inquires from becoming criminal matters. He assist clients with interviews, depositions, and testimony. Mr. Berke also works with clients on internal investigations and reviews to proactively address allegations and wrongdoing and to take requisite remedial action.
